Common questions

How do I import?

On the computer, open the menu and choose Bluetooth. Keep it next to the iPhone, then tap the download button at the top of the log. Only dives you do not have yet are downloaded.

Which computers work?

Shearwater only. Tested on the Perdix 2; other Shearwater models download the same way and should work. If yours does not, write with its model and firmware.

Will a dive come in twice?

No. Dives you already have are skipped, and the same dive imported on two iPhones is folded into one.

What is SCR?

SCR (SAC), surface consumption rate: the litres a minute you breathe, scaled to the surface. Pick the cylinder for each gas under Cylinders and it is worked out through the dive.

A gas says "typed".

It had no transmitter. Type its start and end pressures under Cylinders.

My dive site is not in the list.

Type its name once; from then on it is one of your sites.

My other iPhone does not show my dives.

Both iPhones need the same Apple Account with iCloud on for Dive log. Settings in the app shows when Cloud sync last ran.

Is it a dive computer?

No. It is a log of dives already done. Your computer and your training own the dive.
